How to play and save
Use every number once in each row, column and outlined box: 1 to 4 on a four by four board, 1 to 6 on a six by six. The bold, fixed numbers stay in place. A repeated number is marked with a double underline.
Select a square, then use the number pad or the number keys the board asks for. Arrow keys move around the board. N toggles pencil notes; Backspace or Delete clears the selected square. Tab reaches all controls.
Use notes to try an idea, Clear to remove it, or Undo to take back a change. Reset starts this board again; Next puzzle begins a new attempt on the next board.
A correctly finished board earns 100 points. Entries count numbers placed, including corrections. Your best active time is compared only on the same board. There is no countdown and notes carry no penalty.
